Beasts of Fable

There are lots of beasts lurking in the shadows and smoky mists of Pandaria, just waiting for a fight with your pets. They are scattered all over the continent, patiently biding their time until a legendary pet battler such as yourself brings the fight right to their doorstep. Let's show them whose boss, shall we?

Beasts of Fable is a quest to defeat all of these creatures in a pet battle. Once you have completed it, you will unlock 3 daily quests that each reward a bag called Fabled Pandaren Pet Supplies. This bag has a chance to contain a Snowy Panda, Mountain Panda, a Sunfur Panda, various training stones and pet cosmetic items.

The 3 daily quests are
1. Beasts of Fable: Book I
2. Beasts of Fable: Book II
3. Beasts of Fable: Book III

* Note: This no longer works as of Legion Patch 7.0.3 due to the Pandaren Water Spirit ability changes and Howl nerf.

So, you want to beat these encounters with the least amount of pets in the quickest way possible? Well, you're in luck. Every single Beast of Fable can be defeated with a Pandaren Water Spirit and Chrominius with the exception of Nitun, No-No, and Ti'un The Wanderer by using this simple and deadly strategy:

Pandaren Water Spirit (1,2,2)
Chrominius (1,1,2)

Open with Pandaren Water Spirit
Geyser > Whirlpool > Swap to Chrominius > Howl > Surge of Power

This effective strategy works for 7 out of 10 of these encounters! AGAIN, this will NOT work for Nitun, No-No, and Ti'un the Wanderer so please use the links above to read the strategies for those three encounters if you are having problems.
