Pets to Use:
Pandaren Water Spirit (1,2,2)
Chrominius (1,1,2)
Any other pet
Geyser > Whirlpool > Swap to Chrominius > Howl > Surge of Power
Kafi is a beast, so if you don't have a Pandaren Water Spirit or Chrominius to howl bomb him, any mechanical or team of mechanicals should clean up nicely here. He hits hard, so any kind of mitigation (such as using a Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling and opening with decoy or other similar abilities) is rather helpful.
Alternate Strategy:
Any pet with the ability Call Lightning such as a Wild Golden Hatchling combined with a Clockwork Gnome and the Build Turret ability is a great combination to take Kafi down.
Simply start the encounter and use Call Lightning, bring out your Clockwork Gnome and start building those turrets! The Call Lightning ability will add extra damage to your turrets and punch him with Metal Fist as filler.
