Pets to Use:
Amber Moth (1,1,2)
Anubisath Idol (1,1,1)
Any other flying pet for backup if you need it
Follow the general strategy below to get rid of this pest! Quick tip: if you don't have an Anubisath Idol, a moth team is absolutely amazing for this fight (just repeat the first part of the strategy when you swap to your second moth).
Open with Amber Moth
Moth Dust on Cooldown > Cocoon when he Dives > Use Slicing Wind as filler (and also to take down his Beaver Dam)
After your moth dies, swap to Anubisath Idol
Sandstorm > Crush as filler > Use Deflection when he Dives
No-No is an aquatic NPC that uses a rather annoying ability called Beaver Dam, coupled with a Dive ability where he is unattackable for 1 round. This makes the standard Pandaren Water Spirit and Chrominius Howl Bomb rather unreliable. Besides Nitun and Ti'un the Wanderer, No-No is the only Beasts of Fable encounter where the howl bomb doesn't work.
