The gorens Stonechewer, Rockbiter, and Acidtooth might look intimidating, but don't let them scare you too much! Below you will find some strategies to send these gorens back to... well, wherever it is gorens come from. ;)
Pets to Use:
Eternal Strider (1,2,2)
Fossilized Hatchling (2,2,2)
Creepy Crate (1,2,2)
Rockbiter is a humanoid, but he uses an ability that changes to him into an elemental, so an aquatic pet is key to bringing him down quickly. If you don't have an Eternal Strider, ANY aquatic pet with water jet and pump will work. Cleansing Rain helps, but is optional. Stonechewer and Acidtooth are humanoid and use shield abilities. They are best fought using undead pets with strong attacks.
vs Rockbiter
Cleansing Rain > Pump > Pass (Rockbiter burrows) > Water Jet > Pump > Water Jet until Rockbiter dies
Now, just keep using Pump until your Strider dies and then swap over to an undead pet.
vs Stonechewer and Acidtooth
Any combination of undead pets will make short work of these guys. I highly recommend using the Creepy Crate and Fossilized Hatchling for their Bonestorm ability. Use it to open and also use it again on their immortal undead round. Again, don't worry too much about pet selection here as any 2 undead pets using attacks strong against humanoids should do the trick!
Alternate Strategy:
Pets to Use:
Pandaren Water Spirit (1,2,2)
Fossilized Hatchling (2,2,x)
Any other pet, preferably undead
vs Rockbiter
Geyser > Whirlpool > Water Jet until he dies
vs Stonechewer
Geyser > Whirlpool > Water Jet until your Pandaren Water Spirit dies
Swap to Fossilized Hatchling
Death and Decay > Bone Bite until Stonechewer dies
vs Acidtooth
Spam Bone Bite until Acidtooth dies
He will probably kill your Hatchling, but since the Hatchling is undead, you can come back to life for 1 round and finish him off. If your luck is REALLY bad and your Hatchling is unable to kill him, just swap in your 3rd pet and finish him off.
