Kromli and Gromli are some really annoying Gronns, and this is a rather difficult encounter if you aren't properly prepared. They are humanoid so an undead pet can really shine here. My strategy is listed below. It involves wearing Kromli down with an undead pet, and then howl bombing Gromli.
Pets to Use:
Fossilized Hatching - (2,2,X)
Pandaren Water Spirit - (1,2,2)
Chrominius - (1,1,2)
Special note: At the start of the fight, if you get stunned on your Fossilized Hatchling when Kromli casts his Rupture ability, just forfeit and start over. It has a 25% chance to stun.
Open with your Hatchling.
Death and Decay > Spam Bone Bite until Kromli dies. On your undead round, use Bone Storm. (If Kromli kills your Hatchling, your Pandaren Water spirit can kill him with 1-2 Water Jets so don't worry)
Swap to Pandaren Water Spirit (if not already out). Cast Geyser > Cast Whirlpool.
Swap to Chrominius. Cast Howl > Surge of Power.
That's 2 dead gronn.

Start with Bone spirit. Bone barrage, Call Darkness, Nocturnal Strike, Bone Barrage
When Gromli dies, switch to Zandarali Anklebiter
Blackclaw, Hunting Party - Done
Bone Serpent perhaps?
