Taralune Pet Battle

I have a couple good strategies to make short work of this pet tamer. However, due to the random nature of her stuns, this battle is a major pain. Follow the strategies below but please remember that the fight is filled with troublesome RNG stuns and each and every one of her annoying moth pets will cocoon at the worst possible time. If you are planning on carrying a pet, there are plenty of other easier tamers to grind with. Even with that being said, the strategies below have proven effective for me when the stars align:

Pets to Use:
Chrominius (2,2,x)
Clockwork Gnome (1,1,1)
Carry pet

This is one of the best strategies I've found. Here's the basic strategy:

Just use Arcane Explosion until Chrominius dies. It does insane AoE damage to all of the enemy pets. If you get low on health, make sure that you are using Ancient Blessing.

Once he dies, swap in your carry pet for 1 round, then swap to Clockwork Gnome and use Build Turret when it's available, Metal Fist as filler, and when you get to about half health, use Repair. You will die, but will self rez and then heal. Keep using Turret and Metal fist. Turret does insane damage when the enemy pet casts Lightning Storm, which is why this strategy is so vicious.


Alternate Strategy:

Pets to Use:
Nexus Whelpling (x,2,2)
Chrominius (2,2,x)
Carry pet

Open with Chrominius and just use Arcane Explosion until Chrominius dies. This does massive AoE damage to the enemy pet team. If you get low on health, make sure that you are using Ancient Blessing.

Swap in your carry pet.

Now swap in your Nexus Whelping.
Arcane Storm > Mana Surge
